the product is out. the proof of concept is done. we've built the foundation — now we need someone who can own the business and actually scale it.

what we're looking for

- 10-15+ years in beauty, personal care or cosmetics— non-negotiable
- a genuine read on the beauty ecosystem — how brands, salons, retailers and distributors actually think and operate
- background across business development, sales, partnerships and distribution
- a real network across beauty brands, salons, retailers, distributors and vendors — not a cold start
- the ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and key accounts
- hands-on experience with vendors, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and day-to-day ops
- sharp commercial judgment — pricing, margins, negotiations, growth




- an entrepreneurial mindset that builds, not just manages

this is a high-ownership role, working directly with the founder. you'll be in the middle of everything — building our distribution network and partnerships, setting up the systems that don't exist yet, and getting the business ready to scale properly. if you've spent years in beauty and want to build something from the ground up rather than run someone else's playbook, we'd love to hear from you ?
