Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to:
- Litigation and dispute resolution in civil, consumer, and commercial matters.
- Criminal law matters, including bail applications, defense, and liaisoning with law enforcement agencies.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Providing advisory services in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
- Handling family law disputes, intellectual property issues, and environmental law compliance.
Eligibility
- Must be a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective state.
- 2-5 years of PQE in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
