Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition UK

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the UK market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recruitment gaps.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on recruitment metrics and trends.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the UK market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and data analysis.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.




- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns, including social media and digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and IT.

Preferred Qualifications:

- End-to-end recruitment experience, with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruitment software and technology, including ATS and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns, including social media and digital advertising.
