Recruiter – US Market (Tech & Non-Tech)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Shift Timings - US Time (Between 6 Pm - 3 Am in office with some perks)

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who has worked on US market hiring and can handle both technical and non-technical roles. You'll own end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for US-based roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Hire for technical (engineering/IT) and non-technical (sales, business, operations) positions.
- Understand role requirements from hiring managers and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, US job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster and similar), referrals and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for skills,



experience, work authorization and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback, keeping communication clear with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close offers, and manage candidates through to joining.
- Keep records accurate in the ATS and report on pipeline and hiring metrics.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the US market.
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Understanding of US work authorizations and employment types (e.g., US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and US job boards.
- Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence engaging US-based candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience working with an ATS and hiring metrics.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours when needed.
