Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Associate –
- Strategic Sourcing &
- Manufacturing Partnerships to identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturing partners across food, beverages, and functional ingredients. The role involves supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, partner coordination, product development support, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturing partners based on customer requirements.
- Assess supplier capabilities, certifications, quality systems, capacity, compliance,



and commercial viability.
- Support negotiations on pricing, MOQ, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Match customer requirements with suitable manufacturing partners while balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate product development, samples, approvals, pilot trials, and commercialization.
- Track projects from enquiry to commercial production and ensure timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with Business Development, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Track supplier/market opportunities and maintain sourcing documentation, project trackers, and MIS reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Development, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Partnerships.
- Experience in Food, FMCG, Ingredients, or Process Manufacturing is preferred.
- Understanding of food ingredients, manufacturing processes, contract manufacturing, MOQ optimization, and pricing analysis.
- Experience in supplier evaluation,



vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.
- Strong project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication skills in English
- Hindi and/or Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
