About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage cash collection, reconciliation, basic accounting activities, and finance operations at the center level. The role will involve coordinating with the ground sales team and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the cash collection process at the center.
- Ensure timely cash deposits and maintain accurate collection records.
- Perform reconciliation of physical cash collections with bank deposits.
- Verify registers and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the ground sales team for day-to-day finance operations.
- Handle cash handling, note counting, and collection-related activities.
- Support city-level finance operations and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Required Skills

- B.Com graduate with a basic understanding of accounting principles.




- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts and terminology.
- Understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, and collection processes.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude and workplace discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1+ year of experience in Accounts, Finance, Cash Management, or a similar role.
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining financial records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and ground teams.
- Willingness to handle operational and ad-hoc finance requirements.
