Role & responsibilities
Private Equity M&A; IT team works with worlds top 50 Private Equity firms on complex, global transactions including carve-outs, integrations, IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness and accelerated TSA exits.
Youll work at the intersection of M&A;, technology, infrastructure and cybersecurity, partnering with senior client stakeholders to solve critical deal challenges and accelerate execution across geographies.
