Key Responsibilities

- Support CSR fundraising through corporate research, donor outreach and proposal development.
- Identify potential corporate partners and build robust relationships.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and corporate volunteering initiatives.
- Coordinate volunteering events, school visits, workplace campaigns and fundraising activities.
- Manage donor communications, reporting, documentation and compliance.
- Track employee participation, engagement outcomes and donor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations and communication materials.

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline; MSW preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Interest or experience in fundraising, CSR, marketing or the social sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Kannada and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
