Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Drive the branch's financial performance, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and career progression.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Resolve complex customer escalations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in retail banking, branch management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of consumer banking products, wealth management, and operational risk.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
