Now, we’re looking for a visionary Art Director to lead creative for an international haircare brand launching in India.

What You’ll Do

- Lead creative direction across digital campaigns, social media, print ads, videos, GIFs & motion graphics.
- Bring out-of-the-box artistry into every campaign, from brand films to scroll-stopping social assets.
- Collaborate with strategy, copy & production teams to deliver world-class beauty creatives.
- Direct and guide designers, video editors & animators to raise the creative bar.
- Ensure global aesthetic standards with a pulse on Indian beauty & culture.

What We’re Looking For




- 7–8+ years in creative agencies ( beauty / haircare experience mandatory )
- Robust portfolio of ads, campaigns, videos, and print for beauty brands
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Hands-on with video editing & motion graphics, not just directing, but creating
- Arty, experimental, and always pushing visual boundaries.
- Confident in presenting ideas to clients & leading creative conversations
