Key Responsibilities:
- Lead concept design, space planning, and design development for corporate/workplace interiors
- Oversee preparation and review of working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical details
- Manage client interactions, presentations, and design approvals
- Coordinate with project managers, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure designs are aligned with functional, aesthetic, and brand requirements
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical submissions
- Provide design solutions and value engineering inputs during execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per approved drawings
- Mentor and guide junior designers/architects
- Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and workplace design innovations
