Role & responsibilities

Senior architect based in Chennai and looking for a role beyond projects.

Will be responsible for managing projects and deliverables as well as pre sales and client communication.

As architect, should be able to independently manage projects, its vendors, clients and designers. Proficient in process flow, quality control for project documentation and approvals.Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with minimum escalations.

As business coordinator, should re engage with existing clients, cultivate channel partners and open doors to recent corporate alliances.

Work model is hybrid, with work from home and in person site visits and client meeting. Should be open to outstation travel if need arises.

Preferred candidate profile





Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong visual presentation sensibility and high proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote, InDesign, Canva).

Ability to navigate conversations with C-suite executives, Real estate heads, and commercial brokers.

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively.

Experience and interest in workplace interiors or hospitality interior projects and business communications.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT , Sketchup, Adobe photoshop.
