Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Senior AR Callers to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving claim issues, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding and denied claims.
- Make outbound calls to insurance payers to check claim status and payment details.
- Identify the reasons for claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Take appropriate action to resolve claim issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Handle claim appeals, re-submissions, and payment discrepancies.
- Review patient accounts, EOBs, and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all follow-ups and claim activities.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance and the medical billing process.
- Experience in insurance claim follow-up and denial management.
- Good understanding of EOB/ERA, CPT, ICD, and basic medical billing terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

Senior AR Caller – Additional Responsibilities
- Handle complex claims and difficult payer issues.
- Support the team in resolving escalated accounts.
