Title: Senior Analyst– Workday HCM & Recruiting

Responsibilities:

- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Recruiting functionality to support global hire-to-retire and talent acquisition processes.

- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations, functional specifications, and process improvements.

- Configure and support supervisory organizations, staffing models, job and position structures, worker lifecycle events, job requisitions, candidate stages, offers, and related HCM and Recruiting business processes.

- Develop and maintain business process configurations, condition and validation rules, calculated fields, questionnaires, notifications, document templates, and approval routing in accordance with governance standards.

- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that support HR operations, recruiting metrics, compliance, and leadership decision-making.

- Partner with integration and technical teams to define requirements, test, and support interfaces, EIBs, data loads, and third-party recruiting solutions while maintaining data integrity.

- Configure and support role-based security in partnership with the security team, participate in access reviews, and help protect sensitive worker and candidate data.

- Develop test plans and scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate results, and support the controlled deployment of enhancements, fixes, and new functionality.

- Monitor Workday's semiannual releases, assess business impact, recommend relevant features, and complete regression testing before production adoption.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve configuration defects, and coordinate escalations while meeting agreed service levels.

- Perform data quality reviews and audits, support remediation activities,



and ensure configurations comply with internal controls, privacy requirements, and applicable employment regulations.

- Maintain configuration documentation, process maps, test evidence, release records, and user-facing knowledge materials to support operational continuity and audit readiness.

- Provide functional guidance, training, and day-to-day support to HR partners, recruiters, hiring managers, and other users, and contribute to the HCM and Recruiting product roadmap and continuous improvement backlog.

Qualifications and Background

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday, including solid experience in Core HCM and Recruiting.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday business process configuration, organizational structures, staffing events, security concepts, reporting, calculated fields, and data management tools such as EIB.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and talent acquisition processes, including organization and job management, hiring, worker changes, requisition management, candidate processing, offers, and onboarding handoffs.

- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, release management, production support, and change control in an enterprise environment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to data quality and configuration detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain Workday capabilities, constraints, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

- Workday Pro or Workday certification in HCM and/or Recruiting is preferred;

experience supporting a global, multi-country tenant and Agile delivery practices is an advantage.
