▪ Working knowledge of the following will have a preference:

o Equity Incentive Awards (ASC 718 and IRC 409A)

o Gift & Estate Tax Valuations o Business Combinations (ASC 805)

o Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815)

o Portfolio Valuations/ Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820)

▪ Building and reviewing financial and forecasting models from scratch will be preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Execution and delivery of valuation engagements.

▪ Planning and managing team deliveries and allocations.

▪ Managing a team while being accountable for the progression and reporting of the engagement to the senior members of the team.

▪ Responsible and accountable for quality control and accuracy of deliverables.

▪ Communicates effectively with clients and can communicate findings effectively.

▪ Oversees multiple valuation and consulting engagements simultaneously.

▪ Writes complex valuation reports and effectively summarizes analyses and conclusions.





▪ Works collaboratively with the team and is a positive contributor to the firm’s culture.

▪ Leads, trains, and mentors senior analysts, analysts, and other associates within the team.

▪ Planning for internal and external training for the team’s personal and career development.

▪ Provide inputs on matters such as hiring new staff, production flow, and other important operational needs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

▪ Minimum seven years of valuation and/or consulting experience.

▪ Experience working in a leading valuation firm will be given preference.

▪ Experience of working in the Big Four’s valuation team or in a leading valuation firm will be given preference.

▪ Ability to manage one or more clients and clients’ accounts.

▪ Ability to lead a team.

▪ Ability to effectively communicate with the team, seniors, and clients; and

▪ Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
