What You Will Do

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into process improvement opportunities
- Lead and execute process mining initiatives using tools like Celonis to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and optimization opportunities
- Drive actionable insights from complex datasets to improve supply chain performance (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics)
- Champion adoption of process mining and analytics solutions across the organization
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on improvements and sustain change
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and data-driven decision-making

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience of 3-6 years in supply chain management processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce)
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis
- Experience engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data
