Role Description The Senior Amazon Ads Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading and optimizing Amazon advertising strategies for multiple client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include managing Sponsored Ads and other Amazon ad formats, conducting keyword and market research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, and analyzing performance data to improve return on ad spend. The role involves developing advertising roadmaps, refining targeting, adjusting bids and budgets, and running A/B tests to maximize visibility and sales.

and clients to align ad strategies with broader business and digital marketing goals, prepare performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads and other Amazon advertising products, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing domains such as PPC, e-commerce marketing, and online marketplace strategies.
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards to interpret campaign metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (account management, creatives, SEO, content) to align Amazon ad efforts with overall marketing plans.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts or complex ad portfolios at a senior or lead level.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain strategies and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Pune Division, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or marketplace experience is an advantage.
