Job Title - Senior Amazon Connect Engineer

Experience - 4–10 Years

Location - Hyderabad , Chennai

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements-

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, along with strong programming knowledge in Python or Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Develop and customize contact flows, routing, queues, IVR, and related Amazon Connect components.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain *AWS Lambda functions for Amazon Connect integrations and automation.
- Develop backend integrations using Python and/or Node.js.
- Troubleshoot Amazon Connect, Lambda, and integration-related issues.
- Work with APIs and third-party applications to integrate contact center solutions.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, and business teams to deliver contact center solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Follow cloud security, scalability, reliability, and operational best practices.
- Where applicable, use Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code practices for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.

- Amazon Connect
- Genesys
- Twilio
- NICE
- Avaya
- Cisco

Amazon Connect experience remains the primary requirement.

The ideal candidate should have:

4–8+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
- Experience working with AWS Lambda.
- Strong programming experience in Python or Node.js.
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of APIs and cloud integrations.
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
