About the role

We’re looking for an AI engineer who enjoys understanding business problems, exploring different approaches, and turning ideas into working solutions.

This role combines hands-on engineering with client-facing problem solving. You’ll work directly with our team and clients to understand requirements, recommend suitable technologies, build AI applications, and take them through deployment and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Understand client workflows and translate business needs into transparent technical solutions.
- Explore and evaluate AI models, tools, and architectures, recommending approaches based on accuracy, cost, reliability, and business value.
- Build AI applications using LLMs, retrieval, APIs, automation, and integrations with existing systems.
- Develop backend services and data workflows that support reliable production applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and improve solutions; AWS experience is a strong advantage.
- Explain technical decisions, demonstrate solutions, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Take ownership of delivery, troubleshoot issues, and improve solutions based on real user feedback.

What we’re looking for

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, applied AI, data engineering,



or technical consulting, with hands-on development experience.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Practical experience building AI or LLM applications beyond basic demos.
- Broad technical understanding and the ability to learn unfamiliar tools quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially when requirements are incomplete or evolving.
- Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex ideas simply, ask the right questions, and present recommendations with clear reasoning.
- An independent, curious approach and a willingness to suggest better ways of solving a problem.

Good to have

- Experience with AWS, cloud deployment, Docker, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
- Experience with RAG, AI agents, model evaluation, and structured data extraction.
- A background in consulting, analytics, or client-facing solution delivery.
- Experience taking a product or client solution from initial discovery to production.
