Location – no specific requirement (Can be Chennai / Bangalore / Pune)

- Leverage deep expertise in serving discrete and/or process manufacturing clients, and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs

- Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry, and understanding of client needs

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Python, Claude Code, AI agents and code generation frameworks to improve SDLC productivity and quality.

- The role will serve as a hands-on AI Coach, working directly with Development and Application Management Services (AMS)



teams to apply AI to real tickets and production-relevant code.

- The immediate priority is to establish an operational AI approach for root-cause analysis of issues, followed by code correction and code generation, with appropriate governance.

- The engagement is expected to have potential to evolve into an AI Centre of Excellence and expand AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

- The candidate must combine practical engineering depth with coaching and transformation capabilities; this is not a presentation-led role.
