Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and supporting the admission team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Counsel students and explain suitable courses, career opportunities, and program details.

- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

- Convert qualified leads into admissions.

- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.

- Achieve individual and team admission targets.

- Handle student/parent queries professionally.

- Support and guide junior admission counselors.

- Monitor follow-ups and ensure proper lead management.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and admission reports.





- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education sales, counseling, or a similar role.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Experience in handling and converting leads.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to guide and support junior team members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
