Amplio Invest is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage and oversee our financial operations.

? What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliations & financial reporting
- Handle GST, TDS, audits & regulatory compliance
- Manage fund disbursements, settlements & investor reporting
- Monitor cash flow, investments & financial controls
- Identify process improvements and manage financial risks
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance & Operations teams
- Mentor and guide junior accounts team members

? What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- CA / CPA / ICWA or equivalent qualification
- Experience in financial services, fintech, NBFC, investment or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of accounting, compliance & financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally/Zoho & MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including managing general ledgers, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.

The Senior Accounts

Manager will prepare and review financial statements,



coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing cash flows, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to leadership for decision-making. The role also involves streamlining accounting processes, implementing internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and investor relations to support Amplio Invest’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
- Competence in compliance and regulatory reporting, including taxation, audits, and adherence to local financial regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, implement internal controls, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a growth-focused organization.
