Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s end-to-end accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

The candidate should be comfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring that books of accounts are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting from day-to-day entries to finalization of accounts.
- Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and process purchase invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance, including reconciliation and preparation of data required for GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and related compliance.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare schedules and supporting data for finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other external parties as required.
- Prepare accounting reports, MIS, and other financial statements as required.




- Identify and rectify accounting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of Indian accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in sales and purchase invoicing.
- Robust knowledge of ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Experience in finalization of accounts.
- Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities from transaction entry to finalization.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing complete accounting functions will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently handle the company’s day-to-day accounting function, rather than only performing data-entry work. Strong practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts is essential. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
