J D Incorporation runs thebakingtools.com, a fast-growing baking-supplies e-commerce brand serving home bakers and businesses across India. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day books and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily bookkeeping in Tally Prime: sales, purchase, receipts, payments
- Bank & cash reconciliation; petty cash handling
- GST workings & monthly filing: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B; basic e-invoicing where applicable
- Vendor/customer ledgers, credit/debit notes, follow-ups
- Basic TDS working & challans (good to have)
- Inventory/GRN entries; periodic stock reconciliation
- MIS & management reports in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, basic pivots)

Must-have Qualifications

- Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com)
- 2+ years hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, GST portal, and Excel
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and an ownership mindset




- Comfortable with an onsite role and 6-day schedule

Nice to have

- Knowledge of e-commerce accounting workflows
- Experience with e-invoicing/TDS filing
- Basics of inventory valuation
