Part-Time Senior Accountant

Location: Mumbai / Remote

Type: Part-Time

Working Hours: Approximately 2 hours per day, 5 days a week

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and maintain our day-to-day accounting records and ensure that our books remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.

Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.

Prepare and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.

Ensure all accounting entries and financial records are updated regularly.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Identify discrepancies or missing records and ensure timely correction.





Coordinate with the management/CA when required for accounting-related matters.

Requirements

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an SME/company environment.

Strong working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles.

Valuable understanding of invoicing, reconciliations and bookkeeping.

Detail-oriented and reliable.

Ability to independently maintain accurate financial records.

This is a focused bookkeeping role. The primary responsibility is to keep the company’s accounting records, Tally, invoices and supporting documents accurate and up to date.

Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per working day.
