Senior Accountant

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
- Review and verify journal entries, invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Handle GST calculation, filing, and payment.
- Manage TDS, EPF/PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, cash flow, and fund flow reports.
- Manage General Ledger and monthly closing activities.
- Review vendor payments and customer outstanding collections.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.




- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support management with financial reports and analysis.
- Guide junior accounting team members and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Property Management, or Service Industry will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
