We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting activities for our Signage, Digital Printing, and Digital Marketing business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns.

- Handling PF, ESI, and TDS returns and related compliance activities.

- Managing day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.

- Preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.

- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

- Coordinating with auditors, banks, vendors, and government departments.

- Ensuring timely statutory compliance and tax documentation.

- Maintaining accurate accounting records in Tally/ERP systems.

- Supervising and guiding junior accountants and accounts staff.

- Reviewing vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and expense records

Industry-Specific Responsibilities:

- Managing project-wise accounting for Signage and Branding projects.

- Maintaining vendor payments and material purchase records for ACP, LED, flex, vinyl, fabrication, and printing materials.

- Tracking site installation expenses, labour payments, and transportation costs.

- Preparing job costing and profitability reports for signage and printing projects.





- Managing billing and collections for Digital Printing and Advertising projects.

- Coordinating with the Digital Marketing team for campaign billing, client invoicing, retainers, and payment follow-ups.

- Handling advance payments, work orders, and client account reconciliations.

- Monitoring inventory records for printing materials and production consumables.

- Supporting management with cash flow planning and expense control for ongoing projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Valuable leadership and team handling skills.

- Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Signage, Printing, Advertising, or Marketing industry accounts.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.

- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
