We are looking for a Senior Academic Counsellor to join a growing team in Delhi.

Responsibilities

- The role involves speaking with students, parents or institutional stakeholders, understanding requirements, explaining programmes or services, following up on enquiries and keeping records updated.
- You will coordinate with academic, operations and sales teams so that commitments made to prospects are followed through.
- People who enjoy meaningful conversations, build trust naturally and are comfortable working towards clear monthly outcomes will do well here.
- The role is suitable for someone who wants transparent responsibility and room to grow rather than a position where every activity is closely supervised.
- The expected experience range is 2-5 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
