Role: QA Automation Engineer / SDET

Location: Bangalore / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Robust programming experience in Java with OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and reusable automation utilities.
- Automate web applications using Playwright and Selenium.
- Perform API testing using REST APIs and tools/frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, etc.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Implement Page Object Model (POM), data-driven testing, and reusable automation components.
- Validate API request/response, status codes, headers, authentication,



JSON/XML payloads, and response data.
- Execute tests through Maven/Gradle and integrate automation suites with Jenkins/CI-CD.
- Analyze failures, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases, automation scripts, test reports, and defect documentation.
