Roles & Responsibilities
- Escalation Management :- Taking ownership of raised tickets/escalations/queries by customers regarding any process/product etc. over company's platforms like call, email, webchat, WhatsApp in order to resolve the same even onsite visits if required.
- Keeping a close track of the process being followed and proper follow up wrt resolution/response with internal and external stakeholders.
- Timely respond over the raised concerns officially and assist stakeholders with the same & ensure the SLA TAT provided your role would be 24*7 as per the business needs.
- Proper documentation of the case/query for easy understanding and future references.
- Regular checking of Helpdesk portal and assigning case/tickets to the concerned stakeholders of intra/inter department.
- Critical analysis on process improvement and optimization for faster delivery with accuracy.
- Providing Onsite assistance and doing POCs at customers/partners location.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Networking Fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, UDP)
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching Protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP, VRRP)
- Understanding of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and Network Security Concepts
- Linux Fundamentals and Basic System Administration
- Network & Security Troubleshooting Skills
- Log Analysis and Root Cause Identification
- Excellent Customer Handling and Communication Skills
- Willingness to travel for customer support, deployments, and POCs when required
