Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, customers, vendors, contractors, and other authorized persons.
- Check and maintain proper visitor records, including name, contact details, purpose of visit, entry time, and exit time.
- Monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the company premises.
- Verify vehicle details and ensure proper authorization for material vehicles, delivery vehicles, and other commercial vehicles.
- Check material movement during loading and unloading and ensure that materials leaving the premises have proper authorization.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, equipment, and company assets whenever required.
- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas of the factory or office.
- Conduct regular rounds and security checks around the factory, warehouse, office, parking area, production area, and other company premises.
- Monitor gates, entrances, exits, and other important areas of the premises.
- Remain alert and immediately report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, damage, or security concerns to management.
- Ensure that employees and visitors follow company security and safety procedures.
- Monitor movement of company tools, machinery, furniture, raw materials, finished goods, and other assets.
- Check outgoing materials against authorized documents, gate passes, delivery challans, or instructions from the concerned department.
- Maintain proper gate pass records and ensure that materials are not taken outside without authorization.
- Coordinate with the HR, Administration, Production, Stores, and Management teams regarding security-related matters.
- Assist in maintaining discipline at the entrance and within the company premises.
- Handle security-related situations calmly and inform management immediately during emergencies.
- Respond appropriately to incidents such as fire, theft, unauthorized entry, accidents, or other emergency situations.




- Support emergency evacuation and guide employees and visitors to protected areas when required.
- Ensure gates and access points are properly secured during non-working hours.
- Monitor company premises during opening and closing times.
- Keep the security area, entrance, and gate surroundings clean and organized.
- Maintain daily security registers and submit reports to the concerned supervisor or management.
- Report any damage to company property, broken locks, gates, lights, CCTV equipment, or other security-related issues.
- Monitor CCTV cameras when assigned and immediately report suspicious activity.
- Ensure proper handover of security responsibilities to the next shift.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and safety instructions at all times.
- Perform additional security and support duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, Factory Security Guard, or similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a factory, manufacturing unit, warehouse, office, or commercial establishment will be an advantage.
- Must be alert, physically fit, responsible, and disciplined.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain registers and basic security records.
- Ability to handle visitors and employees politely but firmly.
- Should be willing to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Must follow instructions from management and security supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and workplace safety is preferred.

Preferred Qualities The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, trustworthy, alert, responsible, and disciplined. The candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility toward company property and employee safety and should be able to remain attentive throughout the duty period.
