Key Responsibilities are
- To make APQP Documents and CNC programming on Turning, VMC and HMC
- OTS / OPS sample fulfilment as per schedule
- APQP documents preparation & ITO sign off
- Validation for special process
- Tool / equipment progress report and time line control
- Prepare RFQ for new machine procurement, Trials with documentation
- Develop CNC program for current project
Skill required
- Engineering Drawings reading
- Understanding of GD&T;
- Knowledge of APQP Documents & preparation
- Knowledge of new machine procurement, trials with documentation
- Deep knowledge of CNC programming
