Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the online visibility of AR GLOBAL HUB’s services.

Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, overseeing on-page optimization, managing link-building initiatives, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools. The role involves leading and mentoring a small SEO and content team, collaborating with marketing and counseling teams, and aligning SEO efforts with broader digital campaigns.

Lead will also analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Strong command of core SEO skills, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Link Building strategies and ethical off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Background in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with the ability to integrate SEO into broader campaign strategies.
- Proven experience leading SEO projects or teams, preferably in education, consultancy, or service-based industries.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable SEO recommendations.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms is an advantage.
