We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our Search Engine Optimization strategy across all digital channels. You will work closely with content writers, web developers, and marketing stakeholders to improve organic visibility, increase search traffic, and drive qualified leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive organic search strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and market opportunities.
- On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website architecture, page layouts, metadata, heading tags, internal linking, and site speed to ensure high performance and search engine crawlability.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to optimize existing content and guide the creation of SEO-friendly new assets.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Design and execute ethical, high-quality link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.



Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, industry best practices, and emerging SEO trends (e.g., AI search integration, voice search).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3+ years of proven professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preferably within an agency or high-growth B2B/B2C environment.
- Technical Proficiencies:
- Deep familiarity with website architectures, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and major CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Expertise with SEO industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar suites.
- Analytical Skills: Robust ability to interpret data, spot traffic trends, and translate metrics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Engineering).

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with international SEO or multi-region targeting.
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
