We are looking for an SEO Intern with hands-on experience in SEO, AEO and GEO to work on organic search growth and AI-search visibility across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Established Brand: Growth & Optimisation

- Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing health and AI-search mentions, and act on any decline the same day.
- Optimise existing pages through titles, meta tags, headings, internal links, FAQs and schema markup.
- Refresh underperforming content and structure it as direct answers for search engines and AI tools.
- Build authority through quality backlinks and brand mentions on trusted platforms.
- Track competitor performance and implement counter-strategies.

Current Brand: Build from Scratch

- Set up Search Console, analytics, sitemap and robots.txt, and ensure the site is technically sound.
- Develop keyword and question research and plan site structure around it.
- Plan, brief and publish foundational content, including service pages, FAQs, how-tos and glossary pages.
- Establish consistent brand presence across Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, directories, review sites and relevant forums.




- Secure early backlinks through PR, partnerships, guest posts and listings.
- Benchmark and track the brand's appearance in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Common Responsibilities

- Coordinate with content, design and development teams and ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated on search algorithm and AI-search changes.

Daily Reporting:

The intern will submit an end-of-day report for each brand covering:

- Work completed, including pages optimised or published, fixes and listings.
- Key metrics, such as rankings, traffic, pages indexed and AI citations.
- Blockers and their status.
- Priorities for the next day.

Performance Expectation:

- Consistent week-on-week growth in rankings, traffic and AI visibility for the established brand.
- The new brand indexed, ranking for initial keywords and appearing in AI answers within 90 days.
- Full ownership, a proactive approach and attention to quality in every deliverable.
