Role Description This internship role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is a hybrid position based in Faridabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The SEO Specialist intern will support keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO audits to improve search visibility for LexAccord Global’s digital properties. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing website performance, identifying technical and content-related SEO issues, and assisting with link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.

The intern will also work with web analytics tools to monitor traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for the marketing and content teams.



Collaboration with content writers, designers, and marketing professionals will be key to implementing SEO best practices across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize content and site structure for search engines.
- Ability to conduct detailed SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and user experience improvements.
- Experience or familiarity with Link Building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Competence in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and derive insights.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and how SEO integrates with content and social media strategies.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar) is an advantage.
- Motivation to learn, adapt, and stay updated with current SEO trends and search engine guidelines.
