Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to client and in-house websites. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, optimizing on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, content, internal links), and conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits.

The role also involves managing link-building initiatives, coordinating with content and performance marketing teams, and monitoring SEO performance through analytics and reporting tools. The SEO Executive will stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry best practices,



and competitive trends to continuously refine optimization efforts.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research to identify opportunities and align content with search intent.
- Solid skills in On-Page SEO, including optimizing website structure, metadata, headings, and content for search engines.
- Experience with Link Building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings in an ethical, white-hat manner.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support SEO through content distribution and brand visibility.
- Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues and recommend actionable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, rank trackers).
- Good understanding of basic HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar) for implementing SEO recommendations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SEO within IT services, digital marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
