Detailed JD Test Automation Engineer (AI-Augmented Quality Engineering) - Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in test automation engineering with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
- Proven experience with Java Selenium WebDriver and modern UI automation frameworks for web application testing.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UI, API, and microservices testing methodologies.
- Experience developing automated test solutions using Java or Python and associated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with BDD/TDD practices using industry-standard frameworks and libraries such as Cucumber, Behave, JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest.
- Experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, test plans,



test data, and reusable test suites.
- Experience automating API testing and validating distributed microservices architectures.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to support continuous quality engineering.
- Experience testing applications deployed on Azure, Kubernetes, AKS, and cloud-native environments.

Good to Have (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Strong experience using Squash Test Management (or equivalent test management platforms) for test planning, execution, traceability, and reporting.
- Experience with performance, load, resilience, and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
- Exposure to AI Agent testing, LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt validation, Agentic AI quality engineering, and Responsible AI testing practices.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or modern test automation platforms.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Compliance, or Trade Surveillance domains.
