Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance script structure
Identify plot gaps,
continuity issues, and pacing concerns
Strengthen character motivations and emotional impact
Refine dialogue and scene transitions
Improve hooks, twists, and cliffhangers
Ensure screenplay formatting standards are maintained
Collaborate closely with writers and creative teams
Requirements
- Strong understanding of storytelling fundamentals
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to assess narrative flow and script quality
- Knowledge of screenplay formatting
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback
