Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT EUCS Tools - SCOM Administrator with 6years of experience in enterprise monitoring and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), monitoring administration, performance management, incident troubleshooting, and automation within large-scale IT environments.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM Administration.
- Expertise in Windows Server Administration and monitoring.
- Experience with Management Pack customization and deployment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident management skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based service management processes.

Preferred Skills




- Experience with Azure Monitor, SCCM/MECM, or other enterprise monitoring tools.
- Exposure to automation and monitoring integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft SCOM infrastructure across enterprise environments.
- Configure and manage Management Packs, alerts, monitors, rules, dashboards, and reporting.
- Monitor the health, availability, and performance of servers, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring-related issues.
- Fine-tune monitoring thresholds and optimize alerting mechanisms to reduce false positives.
- Implement and maintain monitoring standards, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure proactive monitoring coverage.
