Supply Chain Management Executive Diagnostic Pathology

Role:

To manage the smooth and timely availability of materials, consumables, and supplies required for pathology diagnostic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily requirements of pathology consumables and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
- Maintain adequate stock levels at laboratories and collection centres.
- Monitor stock movement, consumption, and shortages.
- Prepare and process purchase requests/orders as required.
- Coordinate with laboratories, stores, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain records of purchases, stock, and vendor details.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Support inventory audits and physical stock verification.
- Identify excess, shortage, or slow-moving stock and report to the reporting manager.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential pathology supplies.
- Follow company policies and approved procurement procedures.
- Prepare regular MIS/reports related to inventory and procurement.
