Purpose of the Role :

This position is to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that align with the organization’s goals and drive cross-functional collaboration. To serves as a critical link between senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is responsible for managing program risks, resolving issues, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Additionally, the position plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across projects and teams.

Job Responsibility :

Strategy & Planning :

- Responsible for all aspects of program management including prototypes, preproduction samples, production start-up, customer launch, and monitoring overall program throughout production
- Execute the programs as per Gen4 NPI process
- Contribute in defining and implementing the program strategy and best practice & policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Hold responsibility for Program budget, Cost and managing projects within approved budgetsPlanning & Review :
- Plan and Execute delivery tracking system for the success of project.
- Evaluate the risk assessment and risk mitigation plan and timely escalation through governance review process
- Lead implementation of PDCA at every gateway, working with extended function.
- Monitor the progress against milestone criteria through PDSR.
- Evaluate systems and process through the stakeholders and escalate critical issues if any.
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and customers.Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain solid relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.




- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the program planning strategy.
- Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimising cost
- Be updated on any technology changes that may affect planning & engineering design and development. People Management :
- Assign resources as per project and program strategy.
- Motivate the team for operational success.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance are recorded.
