Looking for a School Librarian to manage the school library and support students and teachers in accessing books, learning resources and educational materials. The librarian will maintain library records and encourage students to develop regular reading and research habits.

Work Role:

- Manage and organize books, journals and other library resources.

- Issue and return books and maintain library records.

- Help students and teachers find suitable books and learning materials.

- Maintain a quiet, organized and student-friendly library setting.

- Keep records of new books, damaged/lost books and library inventory.

- Encourage reading habits through library activities and reading programs.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of library management and cataloguing.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining digital library records.

- Previous school library experience is preferred.

Qualification: B.Lib / B.Lib.I.Sc / M.Lib or relevant qualification.
