Looking for an experienced Supply Chain Performance Lead to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The role focuses on enhancing end-to-end supply chain performance through Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives.

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying performance improvement opportunities related to productivity, lead time, labor efficiency, capacity utilization, workflow optimization, and operational cost reduction.

The role involves leading Lean diagnostics, DMAIC projects, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement programs while supporting plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and operational efficiency metrics.

The position will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute improvement roadmaps, support investment and capacity planning decisions, and drive organizational efficiency initiatives.

The individual will also act as a change agent by coaching teams, standardizing best practices,



deploying Supply Chain Performance Systems (SPS), and ensuring sustainability of improvement initiatives across the organization.

A key aspect of the role is driving Smart Factory and Digital transformation initiatives by leveraging ERP, BI tools, analytics, CMMS, simulation tools, and other digital solutions to improve data-driven decision-making and operational visibility.

The candidate will also support effective implementation and adoption of digital tools and performance monitoring systems across manufacturing entities.

The ideal candidate should be a BE graduate with robust experience in Manufacturing Methods, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Performance, and Continuous Improvement.

Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and PMP are preferred. Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, consulting, change management, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
