1. Draft, review, and issue Demand Notices under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.
2. Process Possession Notices under Section 13(4) and ensure compliance with statutory timelines.
3. Coordinate physical and symbolic possession activities of secured assets.
4. Monitor and manage sale proceedings, auctions, and asset disposal processes.
5. Verify loan documents, security creation documents, mortgage records, and title-related documents.
6. Ensure adherence to SARFAESI Act, RBI guidelines, and internal legal policies.
7. Maintain legal records, notices, possession documents, and case files.
8. Handle matters before DRT, DRAT, District Magistrate, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Civil Courts, and other authorities.
9. Track legal cases, prepare status reports, and provide updates to management.
