As an SAP SF PMGM you professional should have the ability to implementation, Configuration, consulting needs and work with the customers to create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.

Roles and responsibilities

- Candidate is expected to perform following tasks as part of the role: 
- Robust experienced performance management configuration, able to configure forms, template, goal plans, 360 review etc. 
- Minimum 1/2 End to End implementation experience in SF PMGM including XML knowledge and experience should have basic knowledge of other modules  Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements 
- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes. 
- Understand customer business & suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovation 
- Attend customer meetings for ECS application and functional service delivery customer kick off,



governance and workshops as required. 
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction with delivery improvements 
- Provide inputs for application and functional improvements & Innovation Roadmap 
- Prompt in identification and highlighting risks to management

Requirements Education, Skills & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech /B.Sc (Comp)/M.Sc(Comp) degree from a well reputed institute 
- MBA HR / MPM degree is preferable  Domain Experience in HCM /HR function for around 3+ Years 
- Experience of 6+ years in SAP Success Factors Performance, goal & 360 review feedback on Implementation, Development & Support related projects 
- Deep dive expertise in SAP SF 
- Should be able to Analyze quarterly upgrade releases 
- Experience with third Party Integration tools 
- Worked for Global Customers across different industries 
- Self-driven and dedicated to continuous learning 
- Strong interpersonal & Team collaboration skills to work effectively in international and virtual teams 
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of Success Factors PMGM module o Goals o Performance o 360 review o Continues performance o Calibration
