We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Off. The candidate should have experience in configuring, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Off.

- Configure and support Time Off, including Time Types, Time Profiles, Workflows, Holiday Calendars, and Time Account Rules.

- Experience with Time Off accruals, eligibility rules, carry-forward, prorating, and leave balances.

- Strong knowledge of Employee Central and ECP integration.

- Configure and support ECP payroll processes, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing, and payroll troubleshooting.

- Experience with EC–ECP integration, replication, and monitoring of employee master data.

- Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.

- Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, and Employee Data.





- Perform configuration and troubleshooting for payroll and time-management-related issues.

- Participate in implementation, rollout, UAT, integration testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions.

- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and support documentation.

- Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

Required Skills:

- 8–12+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SF ECP and Time Off.

- Good experience with Employee Central and EC–ECP integration.

- Robust knowledge of Time Off configuration and business rules.

- Experience in SAP Payroll/ECP configuration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation/rollout projects.

- Good understanding of integration, testing, UAT, and production support.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
