Job Role - SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant

Experience - 10+

Location - Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai

? Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
- Strong experience in Job Profile Builder (JPB) configuration and implementation
- Experience with Skills Framework, Competency Management and Job Architecture
- Experience in JPB migration and TIH adoption
- Design and configure talent/skills solutions across the SuccessFactors ecosystem
- Understanding of integration with other SuccessFactors Talent modules
- Participate in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops and solution design
- Robust understanding of Talent Management processes and Skills-Based Organization (SBO)
- Experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation/support
- SuccessFactors Compensation experience is an added advantage
