Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- At least 1 end to end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management

- Sound knowledge of HR business in the core HR processes

- Knowledge of SF-EC Payroll would be added advantage

- Knowledge to Setup Configuration within SuccessFactors

- Good understanding of the solution and data structure in SuccessFactors

- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

- Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

- Positive analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly

Requirements

Professional Requirement

- 1-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS along with Global Certification
