As a Program manager, the individual would be working as a consultant with a large client organization and managing the end-end delivery of IT programs.

Projects include SAP S/4HANA upgrade and other medium and large IT implementations.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution lifecycle for IT projects in SAP and non-SAP domain
- Act as the primary liaison between our company, client and other vendors involved
- Identify relevant milestones and success parameters for project completion
- Successfully facilitate virtual sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive technical and business decisions
- Proactivity manages risks
- Flexible to work with west-coast client schedules and open to small amounts of late evening off-shore coordination
- Work closely with client teams,



vendors and team members to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Communicate effectively with all stake holders including client executives

Requirements Professionals Requirement:

- A degree in IT related field; relevant work experience will be considered
- 5+ years of project/ program management experience with software development, SAP implementations and COTS implementations
- Very valuable understanding of project/ program management principles and experience with Agile development life cycle
- Leading large scale enterprise initiatives
- Understanding of SAP related technologies
- Must work well in a team environment
- Build and maintain strong business relationship
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter and demonstrate strong work ethics to work with minimal supervision
- Work in the US without any sponsorship
- Technical knowledge and integration experience with SAP S/4HANA would be added advantage
- Previous consulting experience would be added advantage
- Working with off-shore teams would be added advantage
